What can I return?

Anything damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — within 7 days of delivery.

The item needs to be unused and come back with its original box and accessories. Keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the product.

What cannot come back: something damaged by misuse, a consumable with a broken seal, or an item returned without its box and parts.

Changed your mind about something that arrived exactly as described? Call us — that is not a return under the policy, but we would still rather talk about it than lose you.
