How long does a refund take?

7 to 10 working days from when we receive the returned item and confirm the fault.

Refunds go to your bKash, Nagad or bank account — whichever you tell us. We only ever need the number, never a PIN.

The original delivery charge comes back too when the fault is ours. On a change of mind it does not, because the courier was still paid to carry the parcel.
