My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

If you spot it while the rider is still there, refuse the parcel. You pay nothing, it comes straight back to us, and we send a replacement. That is by far the cleanest outcome for you.

If you find it after the rider has gone, photograph the item and the box before unpacking anything further, and call us the same day.

Do not throw the packaging away. The courier's own damage claim needs it, and without it a replacement takes much longer.
