You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

The item must be unused and returned with its original box and accessories.

Items damaged through misuse, or with a broken seal on consumable goods such as cooking oil.

Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a replacement or a refund within 7–10 working days.

Refunds are sent to your bKash, Nagad or bank account. The original delivery charge is refunded only when the fault is ours.
