How do I request a return?

Call +880 1711 365 438, message WhatsApp or email support@jsshopbd.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. A photo saves a great deal of back and forth.

We arrange the pickup, or tell you the nearest courier point to drop it at. Once we have it back and have looked at it, you get a replacement or a refund.

You can also write to us here — pick Return or refund as the subject and put your order number in.
