Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply lets you track past orders.
How do I track my order?
Open Track Order and enter the order number from your confirmation page, or call us and we will check for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Call +880 1711 365 438 with your order number as soon as you can.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We buy only from authorised suppliers and you are welcome to check the item before paying.
