Can I check the product before paying?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Open the parcel in front of the rider and look at the item.

If it is damaged, or not what you ordered, refuse the delivery — you pay nothing — and call us straight away so we can send the right one.

What you cannot do is use the product and then refuse it. Switch it on, check the box contents, look it over: that is what the moment at the door is for.
