How do I track my order?

Open Track Your Order and enter your order number along with the mobile number you ordered with. You will see every step it has been through and the date of each one.

Your order number looks like JS202608261234 and is on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

Once the parcel is with the courier you also get the courier's own tracking code on that page.

If you have lost the number, call +880 1711 365 438 with the mobile number you ordered with and we will look it up.
