How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 working days from the confirmation call.

Outside Dhaka: usually 2–4 working days.

The courier rider calls before arriving, so keep your phone nearby on the day.

Eid, strikes and heavy weather slow the courier network down. If a parcel is running late we would rather tell you than leave you guessing — call us and we will find out exactly where it is.
