Why do you call me after I order?

Because the parcel is paid for in cash at your door, and sending one to an address nobody confirmed is how both sides lose money.

The call is short: we read back what you ordered, the total, and the address. Once you confirm, the parcel is packed and handed to the courier.

Please keep your phone available after ordering. If we cannot reach you after a few tries, the order waits rather than being cancelled.
