What if I miss the delivery?

The rider tries to call first. If you cannot take the parcel then, tell them a better time and they will usually come back the same day or the next.

After a few failed attempts the courier sends the parcel back to us. Nothing is charged — but call us and we will send it out again rather than leaving the order to lapse.

You can also ask the rider to hand it to a family member or a neighbour, as long as they can pay the cash amount.
