Do products come with a warranty?

Where the manufacturer offers one, yes — and the product page says exactly what it is, because warranties vary from one item to the next: one year on the whole product, six months on a motor, service-only, or none at all.

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer or their authorised service centre, not by us, so keep the card and the box.

A fault in the first 7 days is a return, not a warranty claim — that is faster, and it is on us. After that, the service centre is the right route and we will tell you where it is.
